Yes — a small deposit confirms your appointment and goes towards the final cost of your service.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We keep the studio quiet for everyone in service. Friends are welcome to wait in the lounge.

With proper care, lash extensions typically last 4–6 weeks. We recommend infills every 2–3 weeks to keep your set looking full and fresh.
We recommend coming in for an infill every 2–3 weeks. If more than 4 weeks have passed, a full new set may be needed.
Yes! We offer combined appointments for lashes and nails. Just let us know when booking so we can schedule your time accordingly.
A full set typically takes between 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on the style chosen. Please plan accordingly and avoid rushing your appointment.
Pre-Care
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid mascara, oils, or any eye makeup. This helps the adhesive bond properly and extends the life of your set.
Caffeine can cause eye fluttering which makes the application more difficult. If you can, avoid coffee or energy drinks a couple of hours before your appointment.
You'll be lying down for the duration of your appointment. Dress in something relaxed and comfortable so you can fully unwind during your service.
Try not to rush in or out. Give yourself a little buffer before and after — the experience is meant to be calm, and you deserve to enjoy it fully.
Aftercare
Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours. Avoid steam, swimming, saunas, and excessive sweating to allow the adhesive to fully cure and bond.
Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe foaming cleanser. This removes buildup, keeps the lash line healthy, and extends the life of your set.
Use a clean spoolie to brush through your lashes each morning. This keeps them looking neat and prevents any tangling throughout the day.
Oil breaks down lash adhesive and shortens retention. Avoid oil-based makeup removers, moisturisers, and cleansers around the eye area.
